Eligible applicants:

1. Residents of Ventura County who are currently enrolled in a college or university or have graduated from a college or university in the past five years.
2. Non-Residents of Ventura County who are currently enrolled in a college or university in Ventura County or have graduated from a Ventura County college or university in the past five years.

Open to all media.

The jury for the Thomas and Patricia Award for Excellence will select three winners from the student work. First place winner will receive $1,000 and two runner ups will each receive $500. Only those who are currently enrolled as a student in a college or university are eligible to receive the award.

An additional $1,000 award will be given for Best in Show.

Work must be submitted for installation by February 3, ready to hang.

Exhibition open: February 7 – February 27, 2026
Opening reception: February 7 from 4pm – 6pm
