Bio
Daryl Bibicoff is a painter and digital artist with resident art studios in Los Angeles, California.
He received his BA in Art and his MA in Art from California State University in Northridge.
For 30 years, Daryl was a Secondary Level Art Educator for the William S. Hart High School District.
Formerly, he was a competitive marathon runner and cyclist. He has been fascinated by
the concept of motion since childhood and it continued as a competitive athlete,
running marathons and participating in mountain and road biking. His athleticism
serves as catalyst for his art, that literally and figuratively moves, as viewers
immerse themselves in his vision. Daryl creates “Motion Artwork” as visual beauty
that can be found in the midst of chaos, challenge, and evolution.

Statement
In Motion examines the concept of movement – in light, air, water, fire, physical activity and
human-made change, our world, and I share artwork for viewers to be immersed in experiencing motion.
Through a wide range of artistic mediums, including acrylic and mixed media paintings, digital art,
and sculptural work, my work explores change, adaptation, and the often-fraught interplay
between the man-made and natural worlds.
Celebrating movement, I invite viewers to embark on the my own journey that pulses
through moments in time, depicting transformation as pivotal, and highlighting the beauty that
can be found even in the midst of chaotic evolution.
