Open Call: All Media 2026

PROSPECTUS: Artists are always pushing past what’s familiar—testing limits, uncovering something new, and transforming it into bold, original work. Studio Channel Islands invites you to submit your latest breakthrough pieces—the ones that mark a turning point, expand your vision, and point toward what’s next in your creative evolution. All media and styles are welcome.

CATEGORIES ACCEPTED: This exhibition accepts 2D/3D works, video, film, performance, sound, installation art. All submissions must be the artist’s original work.

AWARDS: The Juror Awards three works cash prizes: 1st Place $1,000, 2nd Place $750, 3rd Place $500

Juror: Patricia Sweetow

Patricia Sweetow is the founder and director of Patricia Sweetow Gallery, established in San Francisco in 1997 and relocated to Los Angeles in 2022. For over three decades, Sweetow has championed contemporary artists working across traditional and non-traditional materials, with a particular commitment to artists whose work challenges institutional conventions and expands art historical lineages. Through her gallery program, she has supported artists at pivotal moments in their careers and helped bring their work to broader curatorial, institutional, and collector visibility.
